THE WHITE ELM CAFE BAKERY
White Elm Café Bakery features a dine-in, full-service café with a Chef Driven menu and walk up counter that offers fresh baked early morning pastries and coffees. Lunch & dinner is served daily along with brunch on the weekends. The upscale-casual concept, designed by Wynne Design Works, includes a full, in-house bakery program featuring oven fresh baked breads and pastries led by Tasos Katsaounis, better known as the Bread Man, and will feature classic pastries such as croissants, scones, tarts and muffins as well as a variety of other sweet and savory creations.
Cuisine at the dine-in café is inspired by elements from the French countryside and Mediterranean coast. The daily menu designed by Chez Nous Chef owners Scott and Stacy Simonson, features appetizers such as Charred Octopus with Muhammara, sandwiches such as the Vadouvan Curry Chicken Salad, or Duck Confit Pizza and Bistro Filet with Bone Marrow Butter.
